To the extent there is any inconsistency between the PROGRESSIVE GLOBAL COMMONS website's published Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Notices and this Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Notices shall take precedence. You agree that we may modify terms of those Policies from time to time at our sole discretion, which we will do by updating there regularly published location on this website. If you do not agree with the terms published in those Policies, you should stop using our website immediately.

By continuing to use this website you are agreeing to abide by the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Notices in addition to the Code of Conduct published for any specific section of this Website.

When Blogging or posting Comments to Blogs your failure to follow our Blog features Code of Conduct and the websites Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Notices may result, in the temporary suspension or termination of your user account/membership and/or the deletion of all or part of the content that you have published or posted to our Blog feature, with or without notice as determined, in its sole discretion, by the PROGRESSIVE GLOBAL COMMONS, its staff, volunteers or appointed user/member Blog Monitors.

Show courtesy and good will to other user/members.

Do not post content of any kind or misleading links that promote racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any religion, group or individual.

Do not harass or advocate harassment of another person, such as by sending inappropriate messages, stalking, or posting inappropriate comments.

Remember we are a community of Solidarity and Collective Collaboration for Progressive Movement Activists.

Take responsibility for your own words.
Think twice - post once.
The blogoshere is global and open to the public so only post what you want the world to read.
Do no harm.
Ignore Trolls. Feeding Trolls only empowers them.
Don't say anything online that you would not say in person.
Limit using Comments for personal conversations.
When quoting someone always try to link to the specific quote.
When using a quote credit/reference who you are quoting.
Get permission if you want to use someones whole work.
Be respectful to those with other opinions or points of view.
Never reply to personal attacks.
Do not use Comments to just drive traffic (this is a form of Spam).
Apologize if you make a mistake or use incorrect information.
Respond to Comments or Questions.
Lurking is OK!
When you are moved by a Blog or Comment support the community and participate.
